Justification of the project:
Every day, volunteer activity is gaining momentum and is spreading to almost all segments of the population. But why did our group of volunteers choose a nursing home out of all the categories of people in need of help?
Let's start with the statistics. The calculation was carried out by specialists of the Bureau of National Statistics, according to their data, 20.7 thousand elderly people live in Kazakh nursing homes. In 2019, there were 17.8 thousand such people, which means that the increase is about 10 percent.
Based on this, we can say that the demand for nursing homes is quite high, so after consulting with the group, we decided that such homes need help, but since we do not have much financial support, we decided that we would help pensioners with our attention, which we will pay them. In 2020, Kazakhstan launched a nationwide Birgemiz project: Qamqor. Its purpose is to give care and attention to older people. Volunteers visit nursing homes, organize workshops, meetings, cultural events, and provide targeted assistance to pensioners. In short, they warm their hearts and unite to help, justifying the philosophy of the project - "We are together and protected." Following the example of this project, we want to make our own project in the city of Petropavlovsk, because this project has not yet reached our city. The purpose of our project is to develop activity and provide attention to the guests from the Longevity Center.

Target audience:
The older generation are in a nursing home. It is the elderly people for whom the entire program will be made and will be the target audience, they will receive our attention.
The Longevity Center. This organization directly interacts with the elderly and their relatives who got there due to their circumstances, and also actively works to improve the lives of its guests.
The MF-23 group. Our group is also a target audience, as in the future we will become teachers and the acquisition of skills in communicating with the older generation will have a positive impact on the formation of us as individuals.
Work strategy:
The strategy of our project is business-oriented, and consists in interacting with the elderly people of the nursing home, as well as with their surrounding world. The main vector of interaction is aimed at solving problems related to the lack of attention paid to the older generation. The fact is that today, people do not attach much importance to the fact that the older generation also want to communicate and make new acquaintances. To highlight the activities of our project, we actively use social networks, in particular Instagram, and distribute information through personal acquaintances of each participant.
Possible risks in the implementation of the project
Risks:
This house is located at 35 Ishimskaya Street, one of the three nursing homes in our city;
Manash Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University is the only multidisciplinary higher education institution in the North Kazakhstan region.
Resource mobilization
During the implementation of our project, we used the following resources:
Social resources. Since the basis of our activity was communication with people living in the “Longevity Center”. This is one of the important resources where we will devote our attention and time to the older generation.
Material resources. They also formed an important part of our project, because thanks to them, we held our events. These include: a room in a nursing home where our meetings will be held, office supplies,
